Bronwyn joined The People Project in 2019, bringing with her a rich learning and development and generalist HR background along with hands-on leadership experience from the service industry. Before TPP, she led national sales and training programmes for MECCA Brands, where she was known for energising teams and making training practical and engaging. Her innate ability to connect with and build leader capability is second to none. Bronwyn focus on enhancing performance outcomes for individuals and businesses is just one of the things that makes her unique.

Bronwyn is passionate about building leadership capability that actually resonates and ‘clicks’. As a performance coach, Bronwyn works closely with executives and high-potential leaders to enhance and drive leader capability. Our clients love her world-class facilitation style and her ability to connect the dots between culture, performance and learning outcomes. Whether it’s a one-off session or a longer-term development programme, Bronwyn brings insight, clarity and impact.

She has worked as both a strategic HR Consultant and in senior learning and development roles, giving her a rare combination to blend big-picture thinking with practical, people-first delivery.

Bronwyn supports our clients across the board and works closely with our consulting team to co-design solutions that inspire people to do their best work.

Outside of work, you’ll find Bronwyn adventuring around the city with her dog Riley, or recharging with her family on the weekend.
